Portland Maine sends a clear message to Pedestrians: f___ you!

Portland has sent an amazingly clear message to its residents who prefer to travel by foot. After years of fighting with slum-landlords over how to get the sidewalks clean the city has finally has made its decision in lieu of the recent proposed fine system. Instead of implementing a system encouraging clear sidewalks for pedestrian travel, Portland has chosen to instead back a F--- pedestrians proposal favored since the invention of automobiles.
Despite recent irrational public interest in primitive "walking" the city has opted to lead the public towards the more civilized form of transit the auto car and SUV. They plan to do this as soon as possible by not enforcing ordinances that would fine slumlords who make no attempt to plow the sidewalks for such "Walkers" to travel on. In combination with creating as little green space for such bipeds to travel as possible the city hopes to make all places inside of its limits "vehicle accessible"

Pictured above is a spawn of the primitive bipeds who favor foot travel. Here the youngster awaits his Sherpas to carry him over Mt. Pleasant St, an artificially made mountain constructed with the snow off a glorious parking lot for the Holiday Inn
